AGES 8 & UP: Girl Scout Gold Award Climate Change presentation & craft

6:00pm - 7:00pm

Support your local Girl Scouts, learn about climate change, and do a fun craft!

Adi Woods from South Hadley MA is doing a Gold Award project called Climate Awareness Through Community Education. The Gold Award is the highest and most prestigious award in Girl Scouting.

Adi's project is about educating families with older elementary-aged children about climate change, and some actions that we can take to make a difference. She has created a display about climate change specifically in the Pioneer Valley.

After giving her presentation, she will lead children in a paper seed heart craft that will educate families about native plants and animals in the Pioneer Valley.
