Stop in to view a display of photography by local resident, Neil Martins in the library's display case all month long.
For 6th grade & up: Apply online to be a summer volunteer
The Library needs volunteers aged 11 & up (or going into 6th grade in the fall) during the summer to put away books, help prepare arts & crafts projects, help set up and break down outdoor programs, & assist with the younger kids’ programs. Volunteers generally work one hour a week. Please fill out this APPLICATION FORM by June 28th to participate.
All new volunteers must attend a training session. Once you have completed your application form, please sign up for one HERE.
ALL AGES: LEGO Build Challenge
9:00am - 5:00pm
Pull a Lego Build Challenge Card and try to build it with the library's Legos, or free build just for fun! All creations will be put on display in the Children's Department for the week! Drop-in.
0-15 MONTH OLDS: "New Bs" Educational Baby Playgroup
10:00am - 10:45am
Baby playgroup!
This group will offer developmental milestone information, ways to engage in floor time play, resources and opportunities to connect to other parents of children this age. Targeted for ages birth-15 months old.

ALL AGES: Jungle Jim's Balloon Magic Show

Live show on the library lawn!
This 45-minute extravaganza will feature interactive storytelling, silly magic, and of course, Jim climbing inside of a giant 6-foot balloon! This program will take place in-person on the library lawn, bring camp chairs or a blanket to sit on!
We plan to have this program take place outside on the library lawn, but if the weather is poor it will take place inside the library.
This program is free and open to the public, and sponsored by the Ludlow Cultural Council.
9 & UP: Minecraft Club
3:00pm - 4:45pm
Minecraft at the library!
Use one of the library's computers or your own device for two hours of gaming! If you have your own device feel free to bring it - while Switch players cannot multiplay with PC users, they can multiplay with each other!
