Sing With Me! Music Program for Preschoolers & Their Grown-ups

If you have a little one who loves music, this program is for you! Join us for a half-hour of adult-&-child singing, clapping, and stomping along to favorite kids’ songs, with occasional musical instruments or accompanying books thrown in! No need to register, just drop in! Please note that adult participation is expected for this program - and it's fun!
Learn about famous artist Jackson Pollock and his fun painting style, and then head outside to make your own drip paintings on the lawn! (Wear clothing you don’t mind getting paint on) Rain date: Tuesday, August 28th 3:30pm. Recommended for ages 3 & up. Please click below to register.

Every Wednesday afternoon during the summer we pull out our big bin of Legos! You can do free-form building, or try one of our Challenge Cards; creations will be put on display in the Children's Department for the week!
This program is for the bounciest, wiggliest, most active little ones! Movement, music and games are mixed in with quick, interactive books for a rollicking good time, with no sitting-still required! Adult participation is expected in this program.
This free party is open to everyone who participated in the summer reading program or who participated in any of the Children’s Department events. A great community party! Pick up free tickets in the Children’s Department anytime in August.
Pokemon is hot again! Join us for 2 hours of trading, dueling, & learning under the guidance of experienced young adult volunteers who will watch over trading for fairness and teach how to play for those who are new to the game. Please click below to register.
