We are creating a five year strategic plan in an effort to advance our mission and to craft a vision for how to best serve the community from 2024 to 2029.

March
- POSTPONED May 22 Stakeholder Meeting 1 - Adult Focus Group (Invite only please) - March 30th from 5:15 pm to 7:30 pm at Hubbard Memorial Library Refreshments will be served starting at 5:15pm. The meeting will start promptly at 5:30pm.
April
- Community Forum (Open invitation) - April 1st from 9:30 am to 12:30 PM at the Hubbard Memorial Library Program Room Refreshments will be served from 9:30am-10am. The meeting will start promptly at 10 am.
May
- Teen Focus Group (Invite only please) -May 22 from 4 to 5:30 at the Hubbard Memorial Library Program Room. Pizza will be served starting at 4pm. The meeting will start promptly at 4:30pm.
- Stakeholder Meeting 1 - Adult Focus Group (Invite only please) - May 22 from 5:15 pm to 7:30 pm at the Hubbard Memorial Library Program Room. Refreshments will be served starting at 5:15pm. The meeting will start promptly at 5:30pm.
June
- Stakeholder Meeting 2 - Adult Focus Group (Invite only please) - June 12 from 5:15 pm to 7:30 pm at the Hubbard Memorial Library Program Room. Refreshments will be served starting at 5:15pm. The meeting will start promptly at 5:30pm.

Deb Hoadley - Consultant
We are pleased to announce that Deb Hoadley from Hoadley Consulting has been retained by the Hubbard Memorial Library to help facilitate the development of our new strategic plan.
Deb's bio:
Deb Hoadley is the Library Director at the Moultonborough Public Library in NH, and has been in the library field for over 20 years. She is the Conference Co-Chair and Vice President of the New Hampshire Library Association (NHLA), and has served as the New England Library Association (NELA) President, NELA Educational Assistance Chair and NHLA Continuing Education Chair. She was a participant and mentor for NELLS (New England Library Leadership Symposium). She has consulted with over 80 libraries to facilitate their strategic planning process. She also has created and implemented professional development workshops related to customer experience, staff empowerment, project management, and management &
leadership skills.
