Outdoor Grow, Play & Learn for 18-36 month olds

9:30am - 10:00am

Grow, play and learn for little ones and their grown ups!

Come join us for stories, songs and skill building, led by an Early Childhood Developmental trained staff member, guiding caregivers in strengthening interactions with their child. Program includes curriculum, Ages and Stages Questionnaire and resources to fit your child’s individual needs. For ages 18-36 months old. The program will happen via video conferencing if the weather is bad. NOTE: You will be registering for the entire summer, you don't need to re-register weekly!

Online Minecraft Club

3:30pm - 5:00pm

Meet up with other Minecrafters via Zoom (either with a 2nd device or split screen) to do multiplayer gaming either in creative or survival. Moderated by library staff. Please click below to register.

WEEKLY MULTIPLAYER MINECRAFT CLUB!

Meet up with other players via Zoom to do all sorts of crafting -PVP, creative, survival - for 90 minutes of fun, moderated by Hubbard Library Youth Room staff!

Note: Switch users will not be able to do multiplayer gaming because Switch is not compatible with other systems.

You can learn to play the ulelele!

Want to try an instrument that is fun and easy to play? Join Julie Stepanek out on the library lawn as she shows the fundamentals of ukulele playing. You'll learn how to tune, strum and read chords. After a short lesson, you'll be able to play songs. No experience necessary.

Bring your own tuned ukulele or borrow one of hers. All instruments are sanitized and social distancing is followed.

Bedtime stories out on the library lawn!

Bring a blanket, a stuffie, and a sleepy (or definitely not sleepy!) child, and join Youth Services Librarian July on the library lawn for a sweet half hour of her favorite bedtime stories! Bug spray might be a good idea, too. In case of bad weather, the program will switch to a virtual format. Please click below to register.
