December Book & Craft Pairing: Winter Holidays & No-Sew Sock Snowmen
Pick up a book about a winter holiday & get a complete take-home craft kit!
The Hubbard Library Youth Room is offering a monthly book and craft pairing program; check out a book about our theme of the month, and take home everything you need to make an accompanying craft!
This month we're making no-sew sock snowmen to go with books about about winter holidays!
After we receive your registration, we will send you a list of available books about the theme. Write back with your selection/s: pick at least one book or CD for every participating child, but feel free to ask for more! You can also just let us know your child's age and ask for a book bundle (7-10 books on the theme already packaged up by age level). You can either pick up them up at the library circulation desk or through curbside service.

CHECK OUT SOME HOLIDAY CHEER!
Celebrate the holidays with a book bundle of stories! Register to reserve your bundle of 7-10 books & we'll throw in some extra cheer by adding candy canes & hot cocoa packets when you pick it up through our curbside delivery service.
We have a LOT of Christmas books, but please email hubbardyouthroom@gmail.com if you'd like your bundle to include a different holiday, a mix of holidays (Hannukah, Kwanzaa, Three King's Day, & etc.), or a bundle of winter themed books that don't refer to any holidays at all, &/or a CD of Christmas or Hanukkah music. You can also ask for more or fewer books, books for multiple age ranges, or for anything else - we take requests!

Join Early Childhood Developmental Specialist Nicole Landry via Zoom as she gently and playfully guides children through early education curriculum topics with the help of free educational toys and books for each participant. This month's theme: shapes! Registration is required for every new month, please click below to register. Pick up the free materials (below) after you receive confirmation of registration either in the Youth Room or via curbside service; just call (413)583-3408 x2 when you arrive.

A Christmas classic event for kids at the Library
Get into the spirit with this sweet program for the whole family!
Little ones are invited to wear their pajamas to hear Clement Moore’s classic story, followed by some cocoa and carols, and then a visit from A CERTAIN, SPECIAL, VERY MERRY GUEST!
